What's actually happening here
Scrape
ZPID / property-ID scoped. No cross-contamination from "Similar Homes." Archives the raw HTML and source-resolution photos so the video outlives the listing.
Script
Shot-list-first planning: photos are picked and ordered before any prose is written. Scene text is bound to a photo, not vice versa. Eliminates the "kitchen photo, backyard narration" drift typical of AI video tools.
Narrate
ElevenLabs with a per-job pronunciation dictionary. Place names, pergolas, "1245 Brookstone" — all read like a human who lives here would say them.
Place
Nearby-attraction photos from OSM Overpass + Wikidata + Commons. Parks, libraries, trails — not hotels or government buildings. Resident-focused, not tourist-focused.
Score
Music mood matched to the property. Warm for family craftsman; cinematic for waterfront; neo-soul for the boutique remodel. Your own Suno library, auto-classified, auto-looped.
Render
Two outputs per job: branded (agent + brokerage + contact on the end card) for marketing channels, and unbranded for MLS compliance. Smooth Ken Burns with 4× supersampling — no jitter on windows or railings.
For partners
Peek is a working listing-video pipeline built from scratch by an independent engineer. The engineering quality is deliberately above what most shipped products in this category have. I'm talking with agent-marketing platforms, brokerage tech teams, and MLS-adjacent software about licensing, white-labeling, or acquisition.
If you run BD, corp dev, or product at a company that serves real-estate agents and a listing-video feature would move the needle for your users — I'd like 20 minutes to walk you through what the pipeline does and where it fits in a roadmap.
